              appellate Court. Assignees of respondent no. 1, as

appearing from certified copy of appellate decree,

have not been impleaded in the memo. None appears

on behalf of appellants.

Let notice be issued to the learned advocate

enclosing copy of this order. Appellants must take

steps to remove the defects. If the defects are not

removed or appellants continue to go unrepresented

on adjourned date or thereafter or either of the above,

the appeal is likely to be dismissed.
