The written arguments filed by the
parties be kept on record.
However, at this juncture, as rightly
submitted by learned counsel for the
petitioners, it appears that production of
copies of the exhibits which were produced
in the Tribunal below are necessary for a
complete adjudication of this revisional
application.
Accordingly, the petitioners are given
the liberty to file a compilation of copies of
such exhibited documents upon prior
service thereof on the learned advocate for
the opposite party no.1. Such exercise shall
be completed by July 12, 2021, when the
matter shall next be enlisted for further
hearing.
There will be stay of operation of the
impugned judgment and order dated
November 26, 2020 passed by the Waqf
Tribunal, West Bengal at Kolkata in Suit
No.4 of 2008 till July 31, 2021 or until
further orders, whichever is earlier.
