Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate Senior Government Advocate appears on behalf of appellants and submits, his clients are aggrieved by order dated 5 th December, 2018, by which respondents' writ petitions were allowed. Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondents and submits, his clients' writ petition was allowed with condition, as covered by judgment dated 28th February, 2018 in WP 34979 (W) of 2013 (Jaitra Acharya vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.).

The appeal will be heard on dispensation of all formalities in respect of the appeal. Notice of appeal is waived by Mr. Sengupta.
