In this matter the appeal court has passed an

order dated 18th January, 2021 with certain directions

upon the appellant therein who is the petitioner in the

writ court. The copy of the said order be kept with the

record.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that

he wants to file one affidavit-in-reply by three weeks

from date and the matter may be heard thereafter on

any day.

Considering such prayer and following the

judgment and order delivered by the appeal court, I

direct the petitioner to file an affidavit-in-reply within

that period.

The matter will appear for hearing on 11th

March, 2021 at 2 p.m.
