Learned advocates appear for the petitioner/husband. Mr.
Soumyajit Das Mahapatra along with Mr. Hamidul Haque, learned
advocates appear for opposite party.
The matter is fixed up for hearing in contested form.
Learned advocates for the petitioner submit that husband has
preferred this criminal revision being dissatisfied with the impugned
order and judgment dated 6.3.2020 passed by learned Additional
Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 4th Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas in a
Criminal Revision No. 34 of 2018 which was dismissed on contest,
affirming the order dated 30.5.2018. Learned advocate submits that the
husband/petitioner has resigned from his service and he may be given an
opportunity to produce documents relating to acceptance of his
resignation by his employer.
Considered.
Let the matter be adjourned and fixed for hearing in contested
form on 4.1.2022.
The petitioner/husband is directed to produce documents relating
to payment of monthly monetary relief to his wife in this case till date
and also produce the document indicating that his resignation from
service has be accepted by the employer.
