The Court: Mr. Jain submits that the impugned judgment and

order dated 2nd January 2020 is under consideration by the Supreme

Court in a SLP arising out of a collateral revisional proceeding.

Subject to any order that may be passed by the highest Court, the

interim order dated 28th January 2020 in this appeal as extended from

time to time till 8th October 2021 is further extended with effect from 9th

October 2021 till the disposal of the appeal or until further orders,

whichever is earlier.

We formally admit the appeal.

As the respondents are represented by learned counsel, issuance

and service of the notice of appeal are dispensed with. We expedite the

hearing of the appeal by dispensing with all formalities. Advocate-on-

record for the appellants is directed to file an informal paper book in

this Court by 17th January 2022, serving a copy thereof on each of the

respondents at least seven days before the date of hearing of the

appeal.

List the appeal for hearing on 24th January 2022.

The applications (IA No. GA 1 of 2020 (Old GA 186 of 2020) and I.

A. No. GA 2 of 2021) are disposed of.

The allegations contained in the stay petition are deemed not to
