The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that

notwithstanding the order dated 19 October, 2015, no steps have been taken to

execute the warrant of arrest of the judgment debtors. In view of the aforesaid, let

fresh warrant of arrest be issued against the judgment debtors. The warrant of

arrest is made returnable on 18 January, 2022.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrants of arrest

and production of the judgment debtors on the returnable date. The Deputy

Sheriff shall communicate this order to the jurisdictional Superintendent of

Police for immediate compliance. The Deputy Sheriff is also directed to file a

report as to why earlier warrant of arrest could not be executed.
