         The Court:    This is an application for condoning the delay for filing of the

  written statement. Mr. Bag counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff/respondent

submits that no proper explanation has been given by the petitioner and the only

reason is Covid 19. Furthermore, he submits that no documents have been annexed

by the petitioner to support the claim of the petitioner that the advocates were

suffered from Covid 19.

Keeping in view the judgment of the Supreme Court that allows this Court to

condone the delay due to the reason of Covid 19, the explanation is being allowed on

the condition of deposit of cost of Rs.5100/- to be paid to the plaintiff/respondent

within a period of seven days from date.

GA No. 4 of 2021 is disposed of.
