The Court :- By this application, the decree holder seeks expeditious

disposal of the Execution Case No. 220 of 2013. IA No.: GA/2/2021 is disposed

of by taking up EC/220/2013.

Learned Advocate appearing for the judgment debtor submits that the

judgment debtor will liquidate the decretal amount in 12 installments. The first

of such installments was already paid. He seeks liberty to pay the balance

amount in 11 monthly installments commencing from the month of May, 2021.

He suggests that the next instalment be paid within 10 th of every month.

The decree holder is represented.

In the facts of the present case, it would be appropriate to permit the

judgment debtor to pay the decretal amount in 11 installments commencing from

May 10, 2021. The subsequent installments be paid by 10th of each month.

The learned Advocate-on-Record for the decree holder may communicate

the banking details of the decree holder to the learned Advocate for the judgment

debtor for facilitating electronic payment of the monthly installments.
