Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits

that the present writ petition is in relation to the

promotion/appointment of the petitioner from Shiksha

Bandhu to the post of Group-C, under the Paschim Banga

Sava Siksha Mission. He, accordingly, submits that this writ

petition is not covered by the judgment passed on December

11, 2020. Accordingly, he prays for recalling of the earlier

order passed on January 28, 2021.

Accordingly, the order dated January 28, 2021 is

recalled.

Let the writ petition appear four weeks hence.
