                     Mr. Anami Sikdar, counsel appearing on behalf of the

              petitioner files a short notes of argument along with a bunch

              of orders and judgments on which he wishes to rely. Copy of

              the same be provided to Ms. Koyeli Bhattacharya, counsel

              appearing on behalf of the Board.

                     Ms. Bhattacharya seeks some time to file her notes of

              argument.

                     Mr. Jyotosh Majumder, counsel appearing on behalf

              of the State submits that learned Advocate General shall

              appear in this matter and a date is to be fixed for the same.

                     On request of counsel appearing on behalf of the

              respondents, this matter is fixed for further consideration on

May 5, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.

In the meantime, respondents are directed to file their

notes of argument along with judgments they are relying

upon by April 29, 2021 with an advance copy be supplied to

the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Mr. Sikdar further submits that even though he has

been suspended, no subsistence allowance is being given to

him.

Accordingly, the school authorities are directed to

ensure that the subsistence allowance is paid to the

petitioner and documents in relation to the same are sent to

the District Inspector of Schools (SE) within a period of

seven days from date.

Upon receipt of the same, the District Inspector of

Schools is directed to immediately pay the subsistence

allowance and any arrear subsistence allowance within a

period of two weeks in accordance with law.
