1. Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn my attention to the notice issued to the present applicant under Section 35(3) of the B.N.S.S. annexed at page No.28 to the application. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready and willing to appear before the Investigating Officer and cooperate in the investigation, however, the only apprehension is that if he appears, he would be arrested.
2. Learned APP for the respondent/State seeks time to take instructions. At his request, list on 22 nd April 2026. Till the next date, the applicant shall not be arrested.
3. In the meantime, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station from 6th April 2026 to 8th April 2026 in between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and shall cooperate in the investigation.
