This is an Appeal by the Insurance Company against the Award passed by the learned Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur. The Appellant Company and the Original Claimants, who are the Respondents in the Appeal have filed on record the terms of compromise pursis stating the amount of full and final settlement. The Claimants are personally present along with their Advocate. The compromise pursis is signed by the Claimants, by their Advocates and the learned Advocate for the Insurance Company. The pursis gives the details of the bank account of the Claimants Pratham Zalke and Payal Zhalke. It is agreed that the compromise amount will be deposited in the bank account of the Claimants as mentioned in the pursis.

In view of the above, the Appeal stands disposed of. The incentive amount be refunded to the Appellant Insurance Company. The Court Fees be dealt with as per rules.
