The matter is amicably settled between the parties. In view of the
same, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
In view of the settlement (Form N), the appeal is disposed of.
In view of that, settlement is accepted. The Appeal is disposed of
as settled.
Court fee be refunded as per Rules.
The claimant is entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation
of Rs.41,00,000/- along with interest accrued thereon and remaining amount
with accrued interest be paid to the Insurance Company.
