2. Mr. Bohra, learned counsel for the Petitioner relies upon the judgment in the case of Meenakshi v. State of Haryana in Criminal Appeal No.298 of 2026 arising out of Special Leave Petition (Criminal) No.19050 of 2025 dated 7 th January 2026 and submits that directing the accused to appear on every date of hearing before the appellate or revisional Court particularly after an order of suspension of sentence is passed, is unnecessary and non-bailable warrant ought not to have been issued.
3. List the matter on 18th February 2026.
4. In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) is granted upon the Petitioner's undertaking that the Petitioner-Bhavesh Shah shall appear before the learned Additional Sessions Judge as and when so directed.
