Mrs Rina Kundu, for the Appellants. Mr SS Dwivedi, for Respondent No. 1. SHEPHALI SANJAY MORMARE CORAM: R. M. JOSHI, J.
MORMARE DATED: 9TH JANUARY 2026
PC:-
1. Not on board. Mentioned. Taken on board for speaking to the minutes of the Judgment and Order dated 2rd December 2025.
2. Learned counsel for the Appellants submits that this Court has grnted enhanced compensation for medical expenses.
However, the amount of compensation granted by the Tribunal under the same head, was not deducted from the said amount. It appears to be an inadvertent error. Learned counsel for the Claimants does not dispute the said fact.
3. In view of this, the amount under the heard "Bombay Hospital Bill" would be Rs. 3,09,947.00 and, therefore, the total amount of compensation entitled by the Claimant would come to Rs. 4,19,947.00.
