1. When the matter is called out, at the outset, Ms.Arti Rathore,

learned Counsel, appears for the Execution Applicant and submits that

Notice No.5 of 2025 and Notice No.6 of 2025 are wrongly on board as

the same have already been disposed of.

2. Accordingly, remove Notice No.5 of 2025 and Notice No.6 of

2025 from the board as the same are already disposed of.
