                                       CORAM : PRAFULLA S. KHUBALKAR, J.

DATE : 14-08-2025.

Heard Mr. Khapre, learned Senior Advocate for the

petitioners.

2. The petitioners challenge is to the judgment and order

dated 17-05-2025 passed by the appellate Court in Misc. Civil

Appeal No.14/2023, by which the order passed by the Mamlatdar's

Court in favour of the petitioners is stayed. Learned Counsel for the

petitioners submits that the impugned order staying the order dated

06-06-2022 passed by the Mamlatdar demonstrates non application

of mind since the said order was never challenged by any writ

petition.

3. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four

weeks.

4. Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of

respondent nos.4 and 5.

5. In the meantime, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer

clause (II), which reads thus :-

"(II) During the pendency of the petition, by way of ad-interim relief, stay effect, operation and implementation of to the order passed by the Ld. District Judge-2, Mehekar on 17-05-2025 (Annexure-
