1. Pursuant to the earlier orders of this Court, today when the

matter is called out, Mr. Shanay Shah, learned Counsel appears for the

Judgment Creditors and submits that he has taken instructions in the Digitally signed by NIKITA NIKITA YOGESH matter and that the property listed at serial number 3 in the schedule of YOGESH GADGIL GADGIL Date:

2024.09.02 18:27:16 +0530 the warrant of attachment is a residential property owned by the two

Applicants and since the same is not company property, this Court may

raise the attachment and accordingly, the schedule of the warrant of

attachment be modified to delete the said property at serial number 3.

2. Mr. Pathak, learned Counsel appears for the Resolution

Professional has no objection if the attachment in respect of the

property at serial number 3 is raised.

2. Accordingly, the schedule of warrant of attachment issued by this

Court to delete the residential property mentioned at serial number 3

of the warrant of attachment which is accordingly modified. The

attachment in respect of the said property stands raised. The

Application stands allowed and disposed as above.
