1. This Misc. Civil Application seeks transfer of Writ Petition No. 4418 of 2016, which has been filed before Nagpur Bench of this Court, to Aurangabad Bench of this Court on the ground that various other petitions are pending before Aurangabad Bench where hearing has already commenced and since the subject matter of the petition at Nagpur Bench and those at Aurangabad is the same, to avoid plurality judgments, it will be appropriate to club the Writ Petition No. 4418 of 2016 with the bunch of the writ petitions at Aurangabad.

2. Accordingly, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 14th June, 2024.

3. On behalf of respondent no.1, learned AGP has put in appearance and waives service of notice.

4. We have been informed by the learned counsel for the applicants that hearing in the bunch of petitions at

Aurangabad is fixed for tomorrow as per official website of the Court.

5. Accordingly, we permit the learned counsel for the applicants to make a request before the Bench where the matters are pending at Aurangabad Bench to adjourn the hearing of the said bunch of petitions tomorrow.
