1. In view of the Judgment of the Full Bench of this Court dated
19.12.2023 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1005 of 2023 and
the Judgment of this Court dated 03.07.2020 in Bail Application
No.817 of 2020, the learned counsel for the Appellant seeks leave
to convert this appeal into application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.
for regular bail.
2. Learned A.P.P. has no objection if such permission is granted.
3. In view of the above, permission is granted to convert the
present appeal into the application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for
regular bail.

4. The Registry shall list the bail application before the
appropriate bench.
5. Interim Application No.1907 of 2024 for condonation of
