1. By this application, the Applicant, who is the Inspector General of

Registration and Controller of Stamps of the State is seeking to vacate,

lift, quash and set aside the warrant of attachment dated 7 th October,

2015, issued pursuant to the Execution Application in respect of the

bank account no. 6102002003 with Reserve Bank of India, Main

Branch, standing in the name of 0030 Stamps and Registration Fees, on

the ground that the Execution Application has been withdrawn by the

Decree Holder pursuant to the order dated 14 th June, 2018 and no Digitally signed by NIKITA NIKITA YOGESH fresh Execution Application in terms of the said order has been filed. YOGESH GADGIL GADGIL Date:

2. Ms. Devkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Decree Holder

confirms the same.

3. Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of the prayer

Clause 13.a, which reads thus:-

"a. that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to forthwith vacate,lift and quash and set aside the warrant of attachment dated 07.10.2015 issued in the above Execution Application in respect of Bank Account No.6102002003 with RBI Main Branch standing in the name of 0030 Stamps and Registration Fees."

4. The Application accordingly stands disposed.
