1. The appellant-claimant and the respondent-acquiring body have jointly filed compromise memo which is under the signature of claimant - Rajaram Babasaheb Avchar and Surekha B. Korke, the Executive Engineer, Jalna Irrigation Division. Both the counsels have identified the signatures of the respective parties. The said compromise memo is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
2. In view of the above, since the claimant and the respondent- acquiring body have amicably settled the dispute in terms of compromise pursis (Exh.X), which is part and parcel of this order, the impugned judgment and award is hereby modified. Decree be drawn accordingly.
