1.    Heard the respective learned counsels for the parties.


2.    Perused the appeal memo. 50% of the amount out of the

total award amount was directed to deposit and it was

accordingly deposited. In view of that matter, following order

is passed :

                           ORDER

(i) The applications are allowed.

(ii) Applicants are allowed to withdraw the entire amount deposited with the Court with accrued interest with an undertaking to deposit the money, if the impugned judgment and award is reversed.
