2. This is an application for condonation of 90 days delay caused in filing an appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 02.03.2022, passed by the Commissioner for Employees Compensation Act & Judge, Labour Court, Buldana. The reasons have been stated in the application.

3. On going through the application, I am satisfied that the delay has been properly explained. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Delay of 90 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned.

4. The appeal be registered.

5. The application stands disposed of, accordingly.
