1) At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions
submitted that, Petitioner has already been acquitted by the trial Court by its
Judgment and Order dated 29th January, 2020.
2) In view thereof, present Petition for quashing of FIR No.23 of
2014, registered with the Parksite Police Station, Mumbai, in terms of prayer
clause (a) of the Petition, does not survive.
3) As far as prayer (c) of the Petition is concerned, Admit.
4) Respondents are permitted to file their replies with a period of
12 weeks from today.
