Dated : 18 January 2024 PER COURT :-

1. This appeal is filed in 2020 thereby taking exception to the

judgment and order passed by learned Special Judge (POCSO),

Parbhani dated 13.10.2020. Record shows that Mr. H. P. Jadhav was

appointed through legal aid to represent the victim. On last occasion,

i.e. on 05.01.2024, this court had noted absence of counsel for the

victim and therefore specific order was passed that if appointed

counsel fails to appear on the next date, this court would appoint

another Advocate to represent respondent no.2. Today also, when the

matter is called out, appointed counsel fails to appear. Therefore, in

view of order dated 05.01.2024, appearance of Mr. H. P. Jadhav

stands discharged.

2. Ms. Pratibha R. Jamdhade is now appointed to represent

respondent no.2.

3. Learned counsel so appointed today seeks one week time.

4. Stand over to 29.01.2024.
