This is an application for condonation of 183 days delay caused in filing appeal against impugned judgment and award, dated 02.05.2019 passed by Member, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Amravati in M.A.C.P. No.214/2015. The reasons have been stated in the application.

2. Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

3. In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay caused in filing appeal is condoned.

4. The appeal be registered.

5. The application stands disposed of, accordingly.

7. Learned advocate for the appellant submits that the name of respondent No.4 be allowed to be deleted.

10. Ms Shreya Bhagat, learned Advocate h/f Mr. P.R. Agrawal, waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3.

11. Issue notice to the respondent No.5 for final hearing at the admission stage, returnable within four weeks.
