This application is filed seeking stay of the Judgment and Order passed by the Trial and the first Appellate Court The learned counsel for the Applicant/Appellant submits that the amount of Rs.20,000/- was deposited before the first Appellate Court. The Appellant to deposit the balance amount of Rs.70,000/- in this Court within a period of 8 weeks from today. Subject to the deposit being made, the operation of the Decree passed by the Trial Court as confirmed by the first Appellate Court shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
