4. This is an application for condonation of 19 days delay in filing the appeal against the judgment and order dated 30th December, 2023. The learned Judge, on conviction, has sentenced the accused to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 20 years for the offence punishable under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

5. The reasons have been stated in the application. Considering the facts and circumstances, the delay deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, it is condoned.
