2. Vide judgment passed on 27/09/2018 in Writ Petition No.293 of 2008, this Court observed that the present Applicants / Petitioners are entitled to an amount of Rs.1,26,695/- (Rupees One lakh twenty six thousand six hundred ninety five only) and accordingly, Respondents are directed to pay such an amount.

3. Mr Sawant submits that till date directions of this Court have not been complied with by the Respondents.

4. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 25/09/2024.

5. Apart from regular service, service by other modes is permitted.
