2. There shall be ad interim stay to the impugned Judgment and award

dated 07/08/2023, passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Paranda,

subject to deposit of 75% of the compensation amount along with accrued

interest within a period of 12 weeks from today. Failing which the interim

relief granted will stand vacated automatically without further reference

to the Court.
