1)         Motion is made for speaking to the minutes of the Judgment and

Order dated 5 August 2024 following corrections be carried out in the Judgment and Order.

(i) in title clause as well as paragraph No.2, line No.8, the word 'Rustom' be replaced by the word 'Rustum';

(ii) in paragraph No.1, line No. 8, the date '20 November 2022' be replaced by the date '20 November 2002';

(iii) in paragraph No.27 (iii) the date '4 September 2002' be replaced by the date '4 September 2000'.

2) It is also clarified that the directions in paragraph No.27 (ii) and

(iii) of the operative portion of the order would mean that the interest awarded @ 6 % per annum shall be computed on the amount of mesne profits upto the date of withdrawal from the Small Causes Court.
