arguments, on which they wish to rely and the list of judgments before
the next date.
4. Respondent no.1 is already served in the matter and is appearing in the matter. The office note indicate that respondent no.1 is not served. The same shall be rectified by the Registry.
5. List the matter, on 02.09.2024.
6. Interim relief, if any, to continue till then.
