"19. Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b) By a suitable writ, order or direction, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 10.03.2022 issued by the Respondent No. 2, and accordingly the Respondent No. 2 may be directed to grant approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as Assistant Teacher on un-aided post in the Respondent No. 4 School w.e.f. 16.6.2014."

2. The judgment dated 11th August 2023 be corrected accordingly.
