     PER COURT :-

1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Trial

Court has granted injunction in his favour protecting the

possession. However, the learned District Judge-1 reversed the

judgment and dismiss the temporary injunction application of

the petitioner. Since the protection was granted to the

possession of the petitioner by the Trial Court, it may be

protected by interim orders.

3. The initial order was in favour of the petitioner and the

respondents were restrained from causing obstruction to their

peaceful possession over the suit land till the disposal of the

suit. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner

appears to have a prima facie case for interim relief.

4. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on

29.11.2023.

5. Both parties to maintain status quo as on today till

appearance of the respondents.
