2. Mr.Menon, learned Counsel, appears for the Defendant and

draws the attention of this Court to paragraphs 3 and 4 to explain the

delay. A bare perusal of paragraph 4 indicates that except for stating

that there was a change in the internal legal team due to which time

was taken, no specific dates or particulars are mentioned.

3. Let a further affidavit in support of the Application containing

specific dates and particulars explaining the delay be filed within a

period of two weeks with a copy to the other side.

4. Let the reply to this Application as well as to the further affidavit

in support of the Application be filed within a period of two weeks

thereafter.
