                    P.C.:

1. The Circular impugned in the present writ petition is already quashed and set aside by the Aurangabad Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 9421 of 2022 under the judgment and order dated 3rd March, 2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, however, the directions were given to the respondents to proceed with the execution of development work which was subject matter of the said writ petition. The learned counsel submits that though the impugned Circular is set aside, the respondents are not proceeding with the development work as agitated by the petitioner.

2. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 30th March, 2023. Hamdast allowed.

3. The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to SALUNKE 12 and 15.
