       P.C.:

1. Under the present interim application, request is made for the continuation of the interim order passed by this Court for a period of two weeks.

2. After the judgment was pronounced on 10th March, 2023 dismissing the writ petition, at the request of the learned advocate for the applicants/petitioners, we had continued the interim stay operating for a period of two weeks. Two weeks will come to an end on 24th March, 2023.

3. It is submitted that the applicants/petitioners have lodged the SLP yesterday before the Supreme Court and unless the scrutiny is done, it cannot be mentioned.

4. The learned advocate for the respondents opposes the request.

5. We are not inclined to consider the request of the applicants/petitioners for continuation of the interim order for a period of two weeks as the SLP is already filed. However, till 27th March, 2023 the position as on today be maintained.

6. Needless to state after 27th March 2023, the respondents would be at liberty to proceed ahead as may be permissible in law.

7. Interim Application disposed of accordingly.
