The appellant to deposit amount of Rs.15,000/-
(Rupees fifteen thousand) with this Court towards fees payable
to the Advocate appointed to represent the respondent No.2 -
victim latest by 20th March 2023. On deposit of the said
amount, same be paid to Ms. Jayashree Nawale, appointed
Advocate for respondent No.2.
2. Pending the decision of this appeal, the substantive
sentence of imprisonment imposed upon the applicant by
learned Special Judge, Beed vide judgment and order dated
Cri.Appeal No.1290/2019 :: 2 ::
29/11/2019, passed in Special (POCSO) Case No.29/2018 to
stand suspended and the appellant be released on bail on his
executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen
thousand) and one surety in the like amount.
