1.      Issue notice to the respondent.     Mr. Joshi, learned counsel

waives service of notice for the respondent.

2. The respondent/husband has also challenged the same

judgment and order passed by the learned Judge, Family Court,

Nanded, in E-46 of 2016, dated 24.07.2019. However, instead of

filing criminal revision application, he had filed criminal writ

petition. Leave granted to convert writ petition into revision

application. The learned counsel for the respondent/husband

would state that till date, the process is yet to be completed and

delay condonation application has also been filed. He seeks

adjournment.
