C. R. No. 76 of 2008 registered with Cuff Parade Police Station, Mumbai

culminated into Sessions Case No. 726 of 2016. That, the trial Court after

conducting a full-fledged trial has convicted Petitioner by its Judgment and

Order dated 14th June, 2017.

2. In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is

accordingly disposed off.
