1. Present application is filed for enforcement of directions issued by Apex Court in the case of Rajnesh Vs. Neha reported in (2021) 2 SCC 324.

2. According to the said judgment it is mandatory for both husband and wife to file affidavit of assets and liabilities as per Annexure No.1 and 2.

3. In that view of the matter both parties are directed to file affidavit of assets and liabilities if not already filed.

4. The Interim Application stands disposed of. No costs.
