The only ground raised for review of the judgment dated 17/6/2019 in Writ Petition No.3912/2019 is that a similar order is passed in Writ Petition No.4497/2014 dated 16/10/2015 and is already challenged before the Hon'ble Apex Court. The proceedings before the Hon'ble Apex Court in this challenge as referred are still pending. That by itself cannot be a ground for review. In case the applicants intend, it was open for them to challenge the order in Writ Petition 3912/2019, before the Hon'ble Apex Court too. The application is therefore, dismissed as no ground for review is made out.
