1. Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the Land

Acquisition Officer is not ready to compensate the appellants as

regards the fruits bearing trees.

2. Learned Counsel for the appellants submits that on the basis

of the judgment of this Court in case of the State of Maharashtra

through SLAO, Panvel Vs. Dharma Kana Katekar (passed in First

Appeal No. 414 of 2005 with Cross-Objection (St.) No. 1116 of

2006), he will prepare a chart which can be considered by the

respondent for awarding enhanced compensation in respect of fruits

bearing trees.
