Heard Mr. Raut, learned counsel for the applicant. The application seeks review of the judgment dated 11/12/2020, on the ground that in the observations made by the Court in para 20 and onwards that there is no analysis in the impugned judgment of the Industrial Court in respect of the findings given by the Labour Court. This plea, would require a rehearing, which is not within the purview of review as contemplated under Order 47 Rule 1 and Section 114 of Code of Civil Procedure, in view of which, there is no ground made out in the review. The application is rejected. No costs.
