this Court in the case of Mohd. Abdul Wahid s/o late Dr. Mohammed Abdul Aziz

V/s. Nilofer wd/o Dr. Mohammad Abdul Salim and Ors. 1 on the basis of which the

impugned order is passed, is the subject matter of appeal in SLI(C) No.14445 of 2021

and the Supreme Court has heard the arguments and the judgment is reserved.

3. In view of the aforesaid statement, stand over to 22 August 2023.
