         Heard both the sides.

2. The State is seeking a review of the judgment and order passed by this Court Writ Petition No. 4675/2017. It is pointed out that the order under review regarding granting second benefit of 'assured career progression scheme' to the non-teaching staff was based on the decision rendered by the Principal Seat in Writ Petition No. 5629/2018 and connected matters.

3. It is now pointed out that by the order dated 10.02.2021 the orders at the Principal Seat are also under review and operation of the orders have been stayed.

4. In the light of above, operation of the order under review stands stayed till the next date.
