. The learned AGP for the State seeks time to verify whether the issues raised in the petition are already concluded by the Order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 15822 of 2022 on 03.01.2023 in case of Balasaheb Pandharinath Dhamdhere and Ors. v/s. State of Maharashtra.

2. In our prima facie view, the issues involved in this petition are covered by the said Judgment. However, the learned AGP seeks time to take instructions.
