Since it is contended by Mr. Kaptan, learned Senior Advocate for respondent no.1 that the circular dated 08-03-19 is not applicable to the petitioner (pg 246) as a result of which, the petitioner in terms of the direction as contained in the judgment dated 16-03-20 passed by the learned University and College Tribunal is not entitled to difference of salary as claimed by him by virtue of e-mail dated 31-12-21 (pg 67). The respondents to file an affidavit regarding the applicability of the 7 th Pay Commission to the petitioner or the applicability of the Government Resolution dated 8-03-19. In case the Government Resolution is applicable then the affidavit to state the amount payable to the petitioner on account of difference
